1. The reservation and any changes become final and binding for both parties only after being confirmed in writing to the client by Residenza Adelaide.
2. To pay, the balance will be requested within 5 days before arrival by bank transfer or credit card. If the payment is not received within the stipulated period, the Adelaide Residence is entitled to dissolve the contract and to demand the cancellation costs mentioned in point 5.
3. Unless there is a different agreement, check-in is to be carried out on the day of arrival starting from 16:00 and by 18:00. On the day of departure the apartments must be vacated no later than 10:00.
4. Prices are indicated on the booking confirmation. A security deposit of €150.00 is required for each accommodation by credit card.
5. Cancellations (cancellations) must be communicated to Residenza Adelaide as soon as possible. If the booking is cancelled, Residenza Adelaide will charge the customer the costs listed below:
- Balance 5 days before arrival via bank transfer or credit card. After 5 days the balance will be charged with no refund in case of cancellation.
6. The customer is liable to the Residenza Adelaide for any type of damage caused to the rented accommodation.
7. All "Non Refundable" or "N.R." they do not provide any kind of refund in case of cancellation
